Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Printer Technician to join our service team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of printers and multifunction devices. Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and test printers and multifunction devices at customer locations.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair hardware issues on printers and related equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine servicing to ensure optimal device performance.
• Replace faulty parts and ensure equipment meets manufacturer standards.
• Respond to customer service requests and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate service records and prepare technical reports as required.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams to schedule and complete service activities.
• Provide basic operational guidance and support to customers after installation or repair.
• Follow company safety procedures and service quality standards at all times.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in printer installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Experience servicing one or more of the following brands:
  • Canon
  • Epson
  • HP
  • Konica Minolta
  • Xerox
• Strong knowledge of printer diagnostics, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to read technical manuals and diagnose hardware faults.
• Saudi Arabia experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience with production printers is an added advantage.
• Valid Saudi driving license is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical Diploma or Certification in Electronics, Information Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience working with production printers and high-volume printing equipment.
• Knowledge of network printers and multifunction devices.
