Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our printing and branding team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have experience in the commercial printing industry, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to generate new business while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and field visits.
• Promote the company's printing and branding solutions to corporate clients.
• Meet with potential customers to understand their printing requirements and provide suitable solutions.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on proposals, and negotiate contracts to close sales.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.
• Coordinate with the production and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotations, and sales activities.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Represent the company professionally at meetings and networking events.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of sales experience in the printing, signage, branding, packaging, or advertising industry in the UAE.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Good knowledge of commercial printing processes and products.
• Valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.
