What Should You Print for a Dubai Exhibition?
An exhibition stand gets attention for a few seconds. What happens next depends on what your brand puts in front of the visitor.
A well-designed stand needs more than a large logo and an attractive backdrop. Your brochures, business cards, product sheets, banners and supporting materials should give visitors something useful to see, understand and take away.
With Dubai’s exhibition calendar bringing together technology, real estate, healthcare, food, finance and hundreds of other industries, preparation needs to start well before the exhibition doors open.
Start With Your Stand Graphics
Your exhibition graphics do the first job: getting people to stop.
Backdrops, fabric graphics, roll-up banners, counter graphics, wall panels and directional displays should make your brand visible from a distance without filling the space with unnecessary information.
Your company name, key offering and strongest message should be easy to understand at a glance. A visitor should know what your business does before they reach your stand.
Give Visitors Something Worth Taking
Brochures still have a place at exhibitions, particularly when they contain information that is difficult to communicate during a short conversation.
A company profile can introduce your business. A product brochure can explain your range. A service sheet can highlight specific solutions. A compact flyer can communicate an offer or direct visitors to a landing page.
The important part is choosing the right format for the conversation.
A 20-page brochure is not automatically better than a well-produced four-page one. If visitors can understand your proposition quickly, the print has done its job.
Don’t Forget Business Cards
Business cards remain one of the simplest ways to keep your brand in circulation after the exhibition.
For an exhibition, consider what the visitor actually needs: your name, designation, company details, website, contact information and a QR code leading to the right digital destination.
Your sales team should also have enough cards to handle several days of conversations without treating the last few as precious stock.
Print for the Follow-Up
This is where exhibition printing becomes part of sales rather than just stand decoration.
Product sheets, quotation request cards, QR cards, service brochures and campaign-specific flyers can help move a visitor from casual interest to a follow-up conversation.
If your objective is lead generation, every printed piece should have a purpose. A QR code can lead to a product page, enquiry form, catalogue or appointment booking page. The printed material starts the interaction; your digital channel continues it.
Dubai’s Major Events Need Better Preparation
For businesses preparing for GITEX GLOBAL 2026, planning should begin early. The event’s 2026 edition runs from 7–11 December, with the GITEX Scale Summit on 7 December and the main exhibition from 8–11 December at Dubai Exhibition Centre, Expo City Dubai.
Expand North Star 2026 is also scheduled for 8–10 December at Dubai Exhibition Centre, bringing startups, investors and technology businesses into the same exhibition ecosystem.
For exhibitors attending events of this scale, waiting until the final few days to arrange brochures, banners, business cards and other collateral leaves little room for artwork corrections, production or finishing.
Your Exhibition Print Checklist
Before sending anything to production, check that you have:
- Stand backdrops and wall graphics
- Roll-up or retractable banners
- Business cards
- Company or product brochures
- Flyers or promotional sheets
- Product/service specification sheets
- QR-code cards
- Branded folders or presentation materials
- Stickers and supporting display graphics
- Branded promotional materials where relevant
More print does not create a stronger exhibition presence. Relevant print, produced well and used at the right point in the visitor journey, does.
At Brandster, exhibition printing can cover the complete set of materials required to present a consistent corporate identity, from business cards and brochures to banners, displays and supporting promotional print.
Your exhibition lasts a few days. The impression your brand leaves should last considerably longer.
